Introducing our Director
Diane McGee has dedicated more than 40 years to leadership and service. As a successful business owner for 44 years, she has shown leadership skills and deep commitment to community outreach. For the past 24 years, she served as a volunteer facilitator with Adult & Teen Challenge, where she continues to serve as a member of the board. In addition, she has led the Hardin County Correctional Center Jail Ministry for 14 years, guiding women toward a life of freedom through faith, sobriety, and hope. Since its founding in 2012, this ministry has demonstrated a strong record of success in helping women break free from the cycle of addiction and reclaim their futures. She was recognized in June 2021 by being awarded the Richard Rodger Volunteer of the Year Award from the Hardin
County Chamber of Commerce. We are proud and honored to have Diane McGee serving as our Director of the Open Door Outreach, where her vision and compassion continue to change lives.
